Two Decades of Leadership in Global Markets

Before becoming an executive coach, Siobhan spent over two decades navigating the complexities of global markets. As a Senior Global Macro Trader at Moore Capital Management and later a Managing Director at BNP Paribas, she learned firsthand that technical expertise isn't enough — real leadership demands clarity, resilience, and the ability to move with purpose, even when the path ahead is uncertain

Today, she partners with senior and emerging leaders to help them unlock their full potential, lead with greater intention, and deliver on the goals that matter most.
