Before becoming an executive coach, I spent over two decades navigating the complexities of global markets. As a Senior Global Macro Trader at Moore Capital Management and later a Managing Director at BNP Paribas, I learned firsthand that technical expertise isn’t enough — real leadership demands clarity, resilience, and the ability to move with purpose, even when the path ahead is uncertain.
